Looking for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

CBT is the most well researched method of Psychotherapy. It's especially effective for short term, goal oriented work, as well as individuals who want a practical approach. Many client on the Autism Spectrum find CBT to be a good technique, whether used in addition to medication or as a stand alone treatment. I focus my work on CBT, while using other types of therapy, such a Family Systems Therapy or Play Therapy when necessary.
